Although the stories are best read in sequence, each installation is written for enjoyment as a standalone submarine thriller.

The Rogue submarine series continues with Rogue Invader and it doesn't disappoint! This time, wheeler-dealer Pierre Renard is commissioned with an operation against Greece. Jake Slate and his multinational mercenary crew (now joined by Russian dolphins) take on the task of wreaking havoc. Self-consciously, Jake is aware that their actions amount to little more than vandalism, but you can't help but root for him--especially when thing don't go quite as planned. Great Read.
Once again John Monteith hits it out of the park. As with every book the cast of characters builds and the story line gets better. Tense edge of your seat action keeps this page turner going until the end and then you want more. I can't wait until the next chapter in this series comes out.
Very much enjoyed the 9th book in this series, as always - well done. Sadly, I have to wait for the next one to be published.
I read all 9 books in order. The stories are nicely connected.
Very good read. The series has really developed over the no nine books in the series. I hope there are more to come.
Did not disappoint. Action was steady without too much extra build up. The technology ties in with modern thinking. The current political climate is brought forward in fiction but you can easily relate to the meaning
Right out of the gate this book is filled with action. I love the characters they are far from two-dimensional and feel like family now. I really enjoyed this book and the writing gets better and better with each book. Warning do not start this book if you have to work the next day because it is so hard to put down great job thanks for another great book they are in my keep forever on my !
